With 14 years in the spa industry, Gwen’s area of expertise is spa management. Having started out as a Massage Therapist and Aesthetician, Gwen was offered the opportunity of a lifetime early on in her career. She was promoted to the position of Regional Director of Spa Operations where she managed 6 urban hotel spas in downtown Chicago. This is where her spa management career began before relocating back to San Diego.
Over the course of her spa career, she has managed 7 luxury urban hotel spas, opened a Forbes Travel Guide 4 Star and AAA Four Diamond casino resort spa and opened and rebuilt medical spas, chiropractic offices and plastic surgery practices. As a Director of Spa Operations, she has created and developed an extensive spa essentials package to ensure your overall success in the spa industry.
